The Sleep of Reason produces Eyesores
My friend Pol Úbeda and I, met one day to have a nice chat-beer. By the time we said Hi!, hello… we were talking about ideas to related eyesores with photography.
As you can imagine Light painting was an exciting idea for me… drawing with a light into the dark, with any reference… the best way to get nuts for the rest of your life.
We spend 6 hours on his studio, singing dancing and painting… where the only light I could see every 30” was the little light-touch from him to create this blue atmosphere.
For the people that is wondering how we did this, is simple as: 1) dark room 2) small torch 3) 20”-30” seconds shoots 4) me drawing fast 5) some point of the 20”-30” Pol lighting me with a blue light from another torch ( that’s how you can see me )
Our final idea is create a Photo exhibition… this stopmotion video is just a nice tip. By the way the song is from The Shins, new slang… where I took the word eyesores to create all this project : )
